We provide a full furniture rental service to help improve the marketing process for any type of property.

With over 25 years of experience, we furnish and style all types of residential properties to maximise their sale potential and appeal to the highest number of prospective buyers. We inject the heart and soul into a property with deliverable results.

We work in newly developed or refurbished properties as well as those vacated by owners or tenants.

We supply contemporary and classic furniture, oil paintings, lithographs, lamps, rugs, ornaments, sculptures, objets d’art, soft furnishings and silk flowers.

How we work

Initially we can provide an estimate based from a floor plan of the property. After a site visit, we can then provide a confirmed estimate and discuss the layout and more detail on style and logistics of the installation. Upon instruction, we will then agree a date for installation and draw up the contract.  Our standard fees include installation, set up, removal of the furniture and insurance over a realistic timeframe to achieve a sale.  Additional fees only apply for a few reasons including extra large properties requiring added transport and removal costs or whether access to the property requires an external lift for installation. As soon as we receive the signed contract and deposit payment, we will start to allocate and reserve the right pieces of furniture and artwork for the installation.

Full installation takes about 2 to 3 days with large houses taking a little longer.  As soon as we are notified the property has exchanged contracts, we will then arrange removal of the furniture before completion. Should the buyers wish to purchase any of the contents, this can be arranged as a separate agreement.

We work closely with a few building companies and can source, manage and oversee various  aspects of the project including re-decoration work, re-carpeting, window dressing and general facelifting to get the property up to spec prior to us staging the property to ultimately achieve the optimum sale value.

Case study One

A tired property in Belgravia was given a value of £5.95m.   Fortunately our client believed that with a  little investment she could get a better sale price. 

We were instructed to furnish it after our client had spent about £35k in repainting and re-carpeting the entire house.

The agents then increased the asking price and launched the property at £6.7m. Within 6 weeks our client achieved an offer of £6.8m on the condition it included all of our furniture.

After all the costs of redecoration, home staging and the cost of buying our furniture for the new buyer, our client made a minimum of over £700,000 more than if she had just tried to sell it tired and empty.

Case Study Two

We were contacted to help sell a property in Chelsea with an asking price of £3.2m. The property stood tired looking and empty. In the 4 months it had been on the market, the best and only offer was £2.6m. 

After an initial site visit we advised our client to spend a total of circa £30k broken up by £18k in facelifting and £12k in staging the property.

We opened up one of the rooms by removing some sub-standard cupboards, specified the paint spec and oversaw the decoration of principal rooms of the house.  We then stayed the house.

Within 3 weeks our client received 3 offers forcing the sale into a sealed bid and he completed the sale 6 weeks later for £3.6 m – (£400,000 above asking price)
